First published for the EU Ocean Week in Brussels last September, and then updated for 16th meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD COP16) in Cali, Colombia last October, the briefing is now in its third iteration to support our advocacy work at the 29th meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC COP29) happening now in Baku, Azerbaijan.
