Longer summary or full text

As governments gather for the 62nd session of the UNFCCC Subsidiary Body for Implementation (SBI) and the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice (SBSTA) from 16-26 June in Bonn, Germany, HOME Alliance members are at the climate talks, calling for an end to geoengineering technofixes.

Our frontline voices and policy experts, including Indigenous and Global South members, are closely following key negotiations and holding side events and press conferences to highlight the dangers of risky technofixes that fail to address the root causes of the climate crisis. Our demand is clear: Stop geoengineering! Our Home is not a Laboratory!

Join us in Bonn or online for our side events and press conference.
