Hands Off Mother Earth! (HOME) Alliance will be in Belem, Brazil at Cúpula dos Povos (Peoples’ Summit), building collective power, and marching in solidarity with civil society and climate justice movements from across the globe. We will also relaunch our manifesto there – a collective and unified clarion call to stop geoengineering now!

We will also be at COP30, the thirtieth meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. UN Climate Change Conferences (or COPs) take place every year, and are the only multilateral forum on climate change that brings together almost every country.  COP30 aims to agree on the actions to address the climate crisis that is unfolding rapidly.

HOME Alliance members will be following negotiations, participating in events, press conferences and actions addressing the risks of geoengineering, a false climate solution and a dangerous distraction, an illusionary fix that does nothing to address the root causes of climate change.
